Lettuce started as weeds in the Mediterranean. Therefore, it’s only fitting to combine it with SAFCOL® Mediterranean Style Salmon in Spring Water to create a Mediterranean dish that can be enjoyed anytime.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Mediterranean Style Salmon
- ½ head of butter lettuce
- 1 roma tomato
- 2 tbsp candied walnuts
- ⅓ cup of chopped walnuts
- fresh mozzarella
- vinaigrette dressing
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
Peel, rinse and separate butter lettuce. Slice tomato into 6 pieces. Cut mozzarella into ¼” cubes. Mix candied and chopped walnuts and the above ingredients with 1½ tbsp of vinaigrette dressing. Add Salt and pepper for taste. Arrange butter lettuce on plate. Place mixture and SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Mediterranean Style Salmon in Spring Water on top of butter lettuce and serve. |
