A delicious and nutritious alternative to sandwiches.
Ingredients:
-1 can SAFCOL® Gourmet Sweet Chili Tuna
- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 4 Letttuce Leaves
- 1 avocado peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 Lebanese Cucumber cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 1/2 cup fresh sprouts ( Alfalfa, snow pea, mustard cress or bean sprouts)
Instructions:
On a clean flat surface lay out two overlapping sheets of tortillas. If the lettuce leaves have hard middles slice them out (Leaves must be soft enough to roll up). Lay one lettuce leaf along the center of the tortilla leaving 1 inch clear from the each end of the totilla. Top with half of the avocado, coriander, cucumber, red onion, sweet chili tuna and sprouts. Fold bottom of the wrap over filling, fold in the sides and roll. |
