The fish taco originated in Baja California, Mexico. In the United States, they remain most popular in California and Colorado. These Chargrilled Cajun Spice Salmon tacos are healthy, delicious, and can be made in just a few minutes.
Ingredients:
-1 can SAFCOL® Gourmet Chargrilled Salmon in Cajun Spice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
-1/2 doz. cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
1/4 head of fresh lettuce (chopped)
1/4 cup guacamole
1 package corn tortillas
Instructions:
Wash and half the cherry tomatoes. Wash and chop the lettuce and cilantro. In a microwaveable bowl warm up the SAFCOL® Gourmet Chargrilled Salmon in Cajun Spice for 30 seconds. Take about a 1" stack of tortillas and place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Build your taco and top with a dollop of guacamole.
