Just in time for summer!
This delicious colorful treat is easy to make and is good for you too.
Ingredients:
-2 medium size yellow squash
-2 tbsp chopped green onion
-1 tbsp fresh parsley
-1 can of SAFCOL® Gourmet Chargrilled Salmon with
Cajun Spice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sautee chopped onion. Chop parsley. Core the squash and remove ½ to ¾ of the content. Add onions. Roast squash in oven for 10-15 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Let squash cool. Stuff squash with SAFCOL® Chargrilled Salmon in Cajun Spice. Garnish with parsley and serve. |
