Asparagus is a fat and cholesterol free food. What’s more, it’s rich in potassium and fiber. Added to Spanish white beans and SAFCOL® Chargrilled Salmon in Cajun Spice, you’ll have a flavorful and satisfying dish perfect anytime.
Ingredients:
-1 bunch of fresh baby asparagus
-1 can of white Spanish beans
-1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-1 can SAFCOL® Gourmet Chargrilled Salmon with Cajun Spice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450°. Wash and cut baby asparagus in halves. On a cookie sheet, lay out all your baby asparagus flat and drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Place the asparagus in the preheated oven for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Transfer asparagus to a large bowl. Add chopped parsley and 1 can of strained and washed White Spanish beans, mix well. Plate and top with SAFCOL® Gourmet Chargrilled Salmon with Cajun Spice.
