Buongiorno! This recipe’s creamy, hearty sauce, sweet grape tomatoes and delicious SAFCOL Chunk Light Tuna with Tomato Salsa gives your local ristorante a run for its money. Buon appetito!

Ingredients:
-1 can SAFCOL Chunk Light Tuna with Tomato Salsa
-4 manicotto
-3 oz finely chopped carrot
-2 oz finely chopped onion
-3 oz grape tomatoes
-1 tbsp finely chopped basil
-2 cloves finely chopped garlic
-3 tbsp olive oil
-6oz heavy cream
-1/2 oz Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
-1/2 oz butter
-1 oz spaghetti sauce
-1 oz white wine

Instructions:
Cook manicotti for 10 minutes at boiling point.
Drain well and pat dry.

Filling:
Add olive oil to a hot pan and sauté carrots for about two minutes. Add onions and half of chopped garlic. Sauté until mixture is fully cooked.
