This no frills, flavorful salad takes just a few minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
-1 pouch SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill
- 5 oz spring mix
-2 eggs (boiled)
-1/2 lemon
-5 oz strawberry tomatoes
- 2 oz black olives
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions:
Wash spring mix and drain well. Slice tomato into halves. Slice each egg into four pieces. Season salmon with lemon and salt.
Place spring mix on plate. Then arrange eggs on top of spring mix, followed by tomatoes and olives. Finish with salmon on the center of the salad. |
