This appetizing hors d’oeuvre packs a spicy kick and its
fun shape makes it the conversation piece of any party.
Ingredients:
- 1 Can of SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Chunk Light
Tuna with Spicy Chili (Chipotle)
- 8oz. puff pastry dough (half sheet)
- 1oz. heavy cream
- 1oz. finely chopped onion
- salt and white pepper to season
- olives, ham, cheese, and parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease a large cookie sheet.
Mix tuna and chopped onions season with salt and pepper.
Brush the heavy cream over the pastry dough and spread tuna mixture evenly.
Carefully roll the pastry dough into a log.
Using a sharp knife cut the log into 12 or so slices and transfer them to the cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 min or until golden brown. |
