Instructions:
Cook egg noodles following instructions on packaging. Add 1 tsp of soy sauce 1 tsp of sesame oil to add color and taste. Heat a pan over high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil to pan. Blanch and shock green beans. Add green beans to pan and stir-fry in pan for two minutes. Add garlic and stir for another minute. Season with salt when done. Place green beans on plate.
Add sesame oil to the same pan on high heat. Stir-fry noodles and add ½ Tbsp soy sauce. Stir together until soy sauce is absorbed into noodles. Plate noodles on green beans and mix the two.
Turn the heat down to low and add SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Light Tuna with Sweet Chili Sauce to the same pan, but do not stir. Allow sweet chili sauce to reduce by one half. Top the tuna on cooked green beans and noodles. Garnish noodles with herbs and squeeze a small amount of lemon juice over the finished dish. |
