A healthier fajita made with fat free SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Chunk Light Tuna with Tomato Salsa.
Ingredients:
-1 pack fajita vegetable kit
-1 Tbsp Oil
-Pico de Gallo
-Guacamole (optional)
-Corn Tortillas (2-4)
-1 can SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Chunk Light Tuna with Tomato Salsa
Instructions:
Add 1 Tbsp oil to a 8” sauté pan. Sauté vegetables from fajita vegetable kit for 3 to 5 minutes on high heat. Place sautéed vegetables on a plate. Add salt and pepper, if desired. Warm each side of the tortillas for 3-5 seconds using pan. Place SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Chunk Light Tuna with Tomato Salsa in sauté pan for about 30-60 seconds to heat. Serve with tortillas and Pico de Gallo, add fresh guacamole, if desired. |
