SAFCOL® Gourmet Recipe for Spicy Tuna Japanese Salad
Spicy Onion Tuna and Sour Cream on Twice Baked Fingerling Potato

Potatoes are a common tuber plant, but you can make it extraordinary by preparing this delicious recipe using SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Spicy Onion Tuna.

Ingredients:

- 1 pouch SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Spicy Onion Tuna
- 3 to 4 fingerling potato
- 3 to 4 oz sour cream
- pinch of salt

Instructions:

Place fingerling potato at room temperature into pot of water. Bring it to a boil and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes. Allow potato to cool, cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out center flesh of potato to make a potato cup. Place SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Tuna with Spicy Onion into the potato cup. Microwave for 25 seconds. Remove from microwave; add sour cream to the top of the spicy onion tuna.
