Ingredients:
-½ can of pinto beans
-1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-2 pieces of whole wheat tortilla
-1/2 avocado
-2 Tbsp cilantro
-7-9 whole jalapeños

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Puree pinto beans. Add 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil to pinto bean puree. Dice ½ avocado. Chop cilantro for pizza topping. Thiny slice jalapeños for pizza topping. Toast tortilla in oven until crisp (about 10-15 minutes). Spread pinto bean puree on tortilla. Top pizza with avocado, cilantro, jalapeño and SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Chunk Light Tuna with Tomato Salsa.
