Heart of palm salads are often referred to as the “millionaire’s salad.” It’s only fitting to couple such an exalted vegetable with SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water
Ingredients:
- 1 cooked beet
- 1 heart of palm
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1 pouch SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water
Instructions:
Chop beets into 8 pieces. Chop romain lettuce, heart of palm and tomato. Mix all ingredients and toss with vinaigrette dressing. Top with SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water.
Add dressing of your choice.
