Try this light and crisp Japanese inspired sushi dish made with SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water, perfected with a sweet sauce made from scratch.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch of SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water
- 1 cucumber
- Pre-shredded carrots
- 1 cup of Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cream cheese (substitute with tofu cream cheese)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup sushi rice
- sweet dipping sauce
Instructions:
Carefully slice cucumber into 1 inch segments. Cut out the inside of each cucumber to create a cylinder shape. Slice open the cylinder shape to create a long, thin slice of cucumber. Place slices of cucumber on a sushi mat. Evenly spread sushi rice onto cucumber slices. Arrange carrot, and SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water on top of rice. Take cream cheese and create a long strip by rolling it between your hands. Pick an end of the roll matt and press down gently while rolling to the opposite end. Unroll and serve. |
