Persian Cucumber With Piquillo Pepper and Sweet Chili Tuna

Flavorful dish that’s ready to eat in minutes.

Ingredients:

- 1 can SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Sweet Chili Tuna
- 2 persian cucumbers
- 1 can piquillo pepper or roasted red bell pepper
- 1 small shallot

Instructions:
Peel skin off cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Finely chop 2 pieces of piquillo pepper. Finely chop shallot. Mix SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Sweet Chili Tuna with chopped shallot and piquillo pepper. Place cucumber on plate. Place tuna mixture onto cucumber.
