SAFCOL® Gourmet Recipe for Lemon & Dill Salmon Crepes
Lemon and Dill Salmon Puff Pastry Tart

This easy yet elegant recipe allows you to enjoy a French-bistro style pastry dish at home.

Ingredients:

-1 pouch SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water
-1 box puff pastry sheets
-1 ½ tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 bunch fresh chive

Instructions:

Bake puff pastry for 15 minutes at 350 degrees with a rack on top of the pastry. Cut puff pastry in 3” x 3” squares. Let cool for 5 minutes. Place SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water on top of pastry. Finish with a tsp of crème fraîche and garnish with chives.
