The Autumn Salad is great any season. Combined with SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water’s homemade taste, this easy to prepare salad is simply irresistible.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water
- ½ jícama autumn mix
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 2 fingerling potato
- soy ginger vinaigrette
- 1 bag autumn mix (or substitute with baby green mix)
Instructions:
Dice jícama into medium ½” x ½” pieces. Cook, peel, and dice fingerling potato. Place handful of baby greens in a bowl. Sprinkle sunflower seed on top of jícama, potato, and baby greens. Drizzle with vinaigrette dressing. Top with SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Salmon with Lemon & Dill and serve. |
