This salad created using SAFCOL® Gourmet on the go Light Tuna with Oven Dried Tomato & Basil Tuna in Spring Water (only 0.5g of fat and 22g of protein), creates a healthy salad that doesn’t compromise taste.
Ingredients:
- SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Tuna with Oven Dried Tomato & Basil
- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 4 oz burrata cheese round (cut in half)
- 5-6 candied pecans
- 10-12 golden raisins
- ½ cup balsamic dressing
- salt and pepper (optional)
Instructions:
Place burrata cheese in a bowl, add salt and pepper (if desired) and top dressing on cheese. Mix salad greens, pecans, raisins, and SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Tuna with Oven Dried Tomato & Basil in Spring Water in the bowl, toss with dressing, and serve.
