Ingredients:
- 1 pack SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Salmon Mediterranean Style in Spring Water
- ½ cup Gemini mushroom (quarter)
- ¼ cup English peas
- 6-7 basil leaves (julienne)
- 1½ cup pasta
- tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (sliced)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper (optional)
Instructions:
Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes. Sauté Gemini mushroom and garlic with olive oil for 2 minutes on medium heat in a sauté pan, then add tomato sauce and cook for 1 minute. Add pasta, English peas, basil, SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Salmon Mediterranean in Spring Water Style Salmon, then add salt & pepper. Mix well and serve with parmesan cheese (if desired) |
