Oven Dried Tomato and Basil Salmon Grilled Pizza

SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Chargrilled Salmon with Cajun Spice makes this hearty and healthy pizza in just minutes.

Ingredients:

- 1 pouch SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Salmon with Oven Dried Tomato and Basil in Spring Water
- 1 pc. 6 or 8 inch cooked pizza dough or toasted pita.
- 5 to 6 oz. mozzarella cheese (grated)
- ¼ cup chopped basil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Place cooked pizza dough or toasted pita bread on a 10 or 12 inch round baking pan. Spread mozzarella cheese on the pizza dough or pita bread. Top with SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Salmon with Oven Dried Tomato and Basil in Spring Water. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake pizza at 500 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle basil and parsley on top of pizza. Cut into 4 to 6 equal pieces and serve.
