One of our most popular recipes. Sweet piquillo peppers stuffed with SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Salmon with Lemon and Dill in Spring Water and basmati rice.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water
- 1 ½ cups cooked basmati rice (or your choice of rice)
- 4 to 5 pcs piquillo pepper (canned)
Instructions:
Mix basmati rice and SAFCOL® Gourmet on the Go Salmon with Lemon & Dill in Spring Water. Add salt and pepper for taste. Stuff the mixture into pepper. Microwave for 30 seconds and serve.
