Q. Where are SAFCOL® products prepared?
A. Because of the location of the fish caught and processed, SAFCOL® products are manufactured in Thailand. You can rest assured SAFCOL® products are prepared under standards that continue the proud tradition of earnest dedication that started in 1945.
Q. What type of tuna species is used in SAFCOL® Chunk Light Tuna?
A. SAFCOL® uses skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) caught in the wild. This relatively small tuna fish is low in mercury.
